Return & Refund Policy
At Fab Every Way, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy.
Returns Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Certain items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at fabeveryway@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide return instructions.
When Do You Get a Refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited in 5 to 7 business days to the original Bank account (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged / Replacement Or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at fabeveryway@gmail.com with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.
- Replacement will be delivered in 7 business days
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
To cancel, email us as soon as possible at fabeveryway@gmail.com
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
- Cancellation request must be raised in 24 hours.
